We had been reading George Stott’s newsletter for 10+ years because of  living in Hawaii (until 2000), interest in island real estate, and having a Hawaii rental since 1998. In 2009, we were in need of a new condo manager and approached Stott because of the quality of George’s newsletter.  As long-distance landlords, we were pleased with the Stott organization’s thoroughness and communications regarding management of our property. In 2010, we decided to sell our condo and selected them as our realtor due to the professional manner in which they had been managing our condo as a rental.
